How I got here...
For more than two decades, I have mentored women on various fronts to identify self sabotage and how it’s showing up in their lives and affecting their success. Helping them easefully move through it, so they can show up for themselves, set and stick to boundaries and make decisions from a place that serves them has made such a huge impact in my life and has led me to embark on the coaching scene for the last 8 years.
Struggling with self sabotage i.e. imposter syndrome, procrastination, perfectionism, sabotaging money beliefs, negative self talk, avoidance, low self esteem, self harm all throughout my life, I have first hand knowledge of how frustrating, discouraging and even defeating it can be to deal with and how intensely it can affect your life.
I didn’t start out as a multi six-figure, Booked Out coach. I began as a general life coach, working with women across all areas of their lives. It was fulfilling — but something deeper kept calling me.
